Job Description
Our client, a market-leading not-for-profit organisation, is currently recruiting a Quality Assurance Senior Analyst to join their Quality Assurance team. The Quality Assurance Senior Analyst will be responsible completing quality assurance reviews to ensure policies and procedures are being followed and collaborate with colleagues to identify process and control improvements.
Key Responsibilities for the Quality Assurance Senior Analyst:
- Contribute to a robust Quality Control framework to help manage Bank Operations activity, including Customer Service, Payments, and Financial Intelligence teams
- Complete quality assurance reviews on Bank Operations activity to ensure processes and policies have been adhered to
- Review case files, procedures, training documents, management information and governance
- Identify problem areas and risks associated with processes and make recommendations to improve quality and efficiency
Skills Required for the Quality Assurance Senior Analyst:
- A sound knowledge of UK financial services regulatory environment
- Previous employment which includes Quality Assurance and regulated services
- Experience of providing feedback on quality matters
- Strong communication skills
- Driving License
