We’re looking for a PMO Lead on a permanent basis to support a major transformation programme focused on building scalable, future-ready infrastructure.

As the PMO Lead you’ll lead the central Programme Management Office, ensuring delivery is well-governed, well-tracked, and aligned with strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities for the PMO Lead:

  • Establish and manage programme governance and reporting frameworks
  • Maintain integrated plans and track delivery, risks, and benefits
  • Support resource planning and alignment with internal teams and partners
  • Produce high-quality reports for internal and external stakeholders
  • Maintain and improve PMO standards, templates, and tools
  • Drive continuous improvement across delivery and reporting
  • Coordinate with third-party PMOs and assurance providers
  • Lead and support a small, high-performing PMO team
