Our client is seeking a CNC Grinder / Manual Grinder to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis. The CNC Grinder / Manual Grinder will be responsible for setting up and operating Manual / CNC Grinding on both surface and cylindrical grinding. The CNC Grinder / Manual Grinder must have experience in Manual / CNC Grinding on both surface and cylindrical grinding.
Key Responsibilities for the CNC Grinder / Manual Grinder:
- Oversee machinery set up and operate machines
- Adjust machine settings as required
- Carefully follow procedures and safety guidelines
- Follow technical drawings working to customer tolerances
- Loading materials and unloading finished products
- Machine inspections for mechanical or safety issues
Skills Required for the CNC Grinder / Manual Grinder:
- Time served Grinder / Engineer
- Experience in Manual / CNC Grinding on both surface and cylindrical grinding
- Ability to read technical drawings
- Knowledge of safety and manufacturing regulations and procedures
