Our client is currently recruiting for an Operations Manager with multi-site experience to join their growing team. The Operations Manager will ideally have a background from the construction or building merchants or similar sector. The role will be predominately based in Crawley but with the need to visit other sites once per week.
Key Responsibilities for the Operations Manager:
- Overseeing a multi-site business
- Liaising with clients, staff and suppliers
- Implement and manage processes
- Contribute to budgets and business plans
- Identify issues and implement solutions
- Implement strategies for various departments
- Hire and train staff
- Data analysis
- Sales and marketing
- Ensure compliance with our H&S policy and best practices
- Collaborate with various teams to enhance overall business performance
Key Experience for the Operations Manager:
- Operational Management background with experience of managing multiple sites
- A background from a merchants / construction or similar environment
- Ability to work under pressure
- Decision making

- IT literate especially in Outlook and Excel
