We’re looking for a strategic thinker and hands-on marketer who knows how to turn ideas into campaigns that deliver real commercial results. This role is all about driving awareness, attracting the right leads, and creating customer journeys that keep people coming back.

You’ll be at the heart of our marketing operation — shaping strategies, managing multi-channel campaigns, and using insight to keep improving performance. If you’re the kind of person who spots opportunities and moves quickly to make the most of them, you’ll fit right in.

What you’ll do as the Marketing Manager :

• Set the direction: Design and run go-to-market plans that cut through the noise and put our solutions in front of the right audiences.
• Run high-impact campaigns: Build, launch, and optimise campaigns across channels including LinkedIn Ads, webinars, email, and events.
• Keep customers engaged: Develop onboarding flows, retention campaigns, and content that help clients see ongoing value.
• Turn leads into opportunities: Create automated nurture journeys that build relationships and encourage conversion.
• Measure and learn: Track performance in HubSpot, report on results, and refine activity based on what works.
• Shape our presence: Contribute to website content, social posts, and other marketing materials that support our brand and sales team.
• Make events count: Help plan and promote conferences, webinars, and other touchpoints with our audience.

What you’ll bring to the role of Marketing Manager :

• Solid B2B marketing experience, with a track record of delivering measurable results
• Confident use of HubSpot for campaign management and reporting
• Working knowledge of LinkedIn Ads, Google Analytics, and tracking best practice
• A balance of creativity and commercial thinking, with great attention to detail
• Comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with GDPR compliance and working with data in a marketing context
• Knowledge of the pharmaceutical or healthcare technology sector
