Our client, an established manufacturing company, is currently recruiting a Mechanical Assembler to join their production team. The Mechanical Assembler will be responsible for assisting the production team in the assembling of manufactured components using precision assembly techniques.

Key Responsibilities for the Mechanical Assembler:

  • Correctly identifying parts and assembling them into the various assemblies used in the production of all products.
  • Assembly of small parts with scrupulous attention to detail and engineering compliance/tolerances.
  • Carrying out degreasing on components where required.
  • Following drawings, works orders, quality procedures, work instructions and other specified requirements.

Skills Required for the Mechanical Assembler:

  • Previous experience on an assembly line.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Commercial manufacturing skills; the ability to work both unaided and within a team.
  • Strong communication skills.
