Get involved in the HR & Payroll system transformation, from requirement gathering through to the system’s go-live in 2026.

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business and technical requirements.

Help identify business processes and ensure they are aligned with the new systems.

Assist with creating and maintaining essential project documentation, such as business requirements, process flows, and system specifications.

Participate in project meetings and communicate updates to both business and technical teams.

Support testing, user acceptance, and system implementations as required.
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Business Analyst to join our team based in West Malling. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in the transformation of our finance system, which is currently in the build phase, as well as support the transformation of our HR & Payroll systems, with a go-live set for 2026. This role offers the chance to contribute to major projects within the organisation, involving both business and technical analysis., * Strong understanding of project lifecycles, from initial analysis through to post-go-live support.

Experience in both business and technical analysis, with the ability to bridge the gap between the two.

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels and translate technical jargon into clear, understandable language.

Experience with gathering and documenting requirements for systems transformations.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team and support key project milestones.
Desirable:

Previous experience in finance or HR & Payroll system transformations would be advantageous, but not essential.

Familiarity with project management methodologies such as Agile or Waterfall., * Proactive and detail-oriented, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
