Job Description
Our client, an established high-end retail company, is currently recruiting a Junior Analyst Developer to join their IT Department. The Junior Analyst Developer will be responsible for analysing, developing and implementing solutions to current code standards based on the needs of the business and provide support to IT and other departments.
This the ideal role to get into a SQL Development position as it will mainly be based in SQL, but it is not a problem if you haven't used it before as this client is open to training.
Key Responsibilities for the Junior Analyst Developer:
- Analyse, develop and implement solutions that support the current and expected requirements of the business.
- Maintain and develop existing code and processes.
- Fully test code before deployment.
- Communicate when required with the user base to understand their development requirements and priorities.
Skills Required for the Junior Analyst Developer:
- Strong interest in IT and Development
- A degree in computer science or equivalent (A-Levels also considered)
- Knowledge of SQL, C# and .NET is advantageous
- Strong communication skills
