We are recruiting for an IT Support Engineer on a full-time permanent basis based in Carlisle. This role is 5 days on site and offering a salary of up to £35,000 depending on experience.
Due to the client's location, you will need a full UK driving license and ned access to your own vehicle
Key Responsibilities as an IT Support Engineer:
- Deliver top-notch remote and onsite IT support
- Monitor and maintain client systems proactively
- Install and configure hardware, software & networks
- Tackle issues across Microsoft 365, AD, VMware, VoIP, and more
- Ensuring customer satisfaction throughout all client interactions
- Accurately following all processes and documenting tickets accordingly
Experience and Skills Require for the IT Support Engineer:
- 3+ years' experience in IT support
- Working knowledge of Windows Server, Microsoft 365, AD, VMware and Hosted VoIP
- A confident communicator who can explain tech to non-tech professionals
- Full UK Driver license and access to your own vehicle
