We are on the lookout for a 1st Line Support Engineer and a 2nd Line Support Engineer to thrive in our client's fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Keep the IT Documentation up to date
  • Manage multiple tickets and projects
  • Assist technical support requests within the team and work on 1st/2nd line tickets and projects
  • Ensure good communication with both customers and staff
  • Meet and exceed SLAs
  • Occasional overtime offered

Skills Required:

  • Strong written and spoken communication skills
  • Experience working with Microsoft technologies (incl. Active Directory, Windows Server, Office 365) (essential)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • 1st Line Service Desk experience (essential)
  • 2nd Line Service Desk experience (essential)
  • Managed Service Provider (MSP) experience (desired)
  • Exceptional customer service skills and engagement
