Our client is currently recruiting for a Health, Safety and Environmental Manager with a background within the construction or utilities sector to join their team. The HSE Manager will be responsible for the Health, Safety and Environmental strategy and embedding and championing H S culturally across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities for the HSE Manager:

  • Develop, implement, and continuously improve the company's Safety Management System and Policies, procedures, and practices to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry good standards.
  • Establish, communicate and monitor a clear safety vision, goals, and objectives to all employees and contractors.
  • Support the safe delivery of our work with other internal stakeholders.
  • Continue development of our process safety documentation working with consultants where necessary.
  • Develop Environmental Policies and procedures to ensure we meet our Environmental Objectives.
  • Conduct thorough risk assessments for construction and operational activities, identifying potential hazards and implementing measures to mitigate risks.
  • Work with department heads to monitor, update and implement RAMS on a regular basis.
  • Ensure the Company wide Audit and inspection scheme is delivered.
