Our client is currently recruiting for a Design Engineer to join their growing team. The Design Engineer will have a mechanical bias and will be responsible for amending current designs as well as working on bespoke solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Designing and modifying current and bespoke products
- Ensure designs are to customer specifications and check compliance of drawings
- Keep all documentation up to date
- Work closely with all areas of the business to understand requirements
Key Experience:
- NVQ / HND / HNC or time served in Mechanical Engineering qualified
- Ability to read and interpret drawings
- Experience with Autocad or Autodesk Inventor
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
