We’re working closely with a growing organisation in Kent to support with the recruitment for a thoughtful, analytical individual to join their customer and operations team as a Customer Insight Analyst. This role offers a great opportunity to make a tangible impact using data to improve how we work and enhance the experience we deliver to our customers.

As part of the team, you’ll focus on turning data into actionable insights that help shape decision-making, optimise operations, and drive meaningful improvements across the business.
