Our client is recruiting for an Asset Data Manager to join their growing team. The Asset Data Manager will lead the way in property safety compliance data management. The Asset Data Manager will champion a data-driven safety culture and collaborate across teams to validate datasets, produce performance reports, and support strategic planning.
Key Responsibilities & Experience:
- Experience managing compliance and M&E data in a housing or property safety context
- Strong analytical and reporting skills, with proficiency in Power BI, Qlik, and SQL
- Excellent attention to detail and a proactive approach to risk and assurance
- The ability to interpret complex compliance data and translate it into actionable insights
- A collaborative leader who thrives in cross-functional teams and champions continuous improvement
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks and manage time effectively
- Good interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues, contractors, and customers
