Our client is seeking a Trades Administrator to join their team on a permanent basis. The Trades Administrator will be working full-time in the office, assisting with the administrative tasks related to plumbing and heating projects. The Trades Administrator must have proven experience in a similar role and industry, as well as strong organisational and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities for the Trades Administrator:

  • Technical Support, providing support to plumbers and heating engineers
  • Project Management, preparing documentation, processing invoices, and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget
  • Customer Service, responding to customer inquiries, managing contract details and providing project updates
  • Administrative Support, assist with scheduling, managing contracts, and coordinating with other teams
  • Inventory Management, assist with inventory control for plumbing and heating materials

Skills Required for the Trades Administrator:
