The Business Operations Lead is responsible for managing the design, implementation, tracking, and reporting of operations performance against company goals.
The successful candidate will lead process improvements, communicate with internal stakeholders at all levels, including SLT and ELT, and represent Client Services in key forums when required.
This role also involves preparing presentations and reports for internal and external meetings, including Quarterly Business Reviews, Board meetings, and taking on strategic and ad-hoc projects as needed.
Responsibilities Manage the design, implementation, tracking and reporting for operations and business plans against agreed company goals and objectives.
Develop metrics that provide data for process measurement, understanding the underlying drivers, creating a regular cadence for reporting, and identifying and leading initiatives to enhance management reporting capabilities.
Manage the implementation and oversight of effective risk management practices in line with the company’s risk management framework ensuring timely identification and remediation of key operational risks Identify areas for process and lean improvements, and gain buy-in from management
