We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Strategic Account Manager to join our EMEA team in London. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying and pursuing opportunities in coordination with Sales Specialists with our existing key accounts across EMEA. Your primary focus will be to develop relationships with C-Level decision-makers in the front, middle, and back office of our existing institutional asset management and insurance customers (Asset Management team) in EMEA.
Key Responsibilities:- Account Strategy/ Business Development: Collaborate with existing and prospective institutional asset management and Insurers clients at C-Level to develop tailored account and GTM strategies that align with their business objectives and drive mutual growth.
- Cross-Selling and Upselling: Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling our products and services into decision makers across execution, portfolio management, data, accounting, risk, client reporting, analytics, automated workflows, and real-time multi-asset risk ensuring our clients are aware of the full value we can provide across the full investment lifecycle.
- Collaboration and facilitation: Work closely with other internal teams, including solution sales, marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure we meet and exceed client expectations.
- Performance Monitoring: Track account performance and client engagement metrics, utilizing insights to propose solutions that enhance value and drive improvement.
- Feedback Loop: Gather and communicate client feedback to internal teams to help shape the development of products and services.
- Reporting: Provide regular updates and reports on account status, opportunities, and risks to senior leadership. Provide Account Plan, vendors landscapes and up to date Org charts on customer base.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience in global account management or enterprise sales, with a track record of successfully managing high-value accounts.
- Strong understanding of Financial Services with focus on Asset Management and Insurance and the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Extremely Strong network within UK Asset Management and Insurance industry.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Understanding of complex enterprise sales process.
- Ability to analyse complex problems and develop innovative solutions and understanding of the Investment Management Operating model.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to relationship-building and client management.
