The Business Development Representative engages with stakeholders to address their concerns about investment reporting accuracy and timeliness. Using advanced technology, the representative and their team will proactively reach out to potential customers through phone calls, emails, and LinkedIn. They will gain expertise in sales techniques and utilise company tools like Salesforce, Outreach, LinkedIn Navigator, ZoomInfo, and High Spot to effectively find new prospects and contribute to Clearwater's growth.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct research and find compelling events to identify customer needs and personalise sales communications.
  • Source, prepare for and participate in business meetings with prospective clients.
  • Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives with the goal to increase net new pipeline.
  • Create and maintain client information in our CRM database.
  • Collaborate with and become an apprentice to closers in supporting deals as they move through the sales funnel.
