We are looking for a candidate who will contribute to and develop sales resources as needed, looking for ways to proactively add value to the Clearwater sales offering. You will work with prospective clients to identify pain points in their current operating model and fully understand how the Clearwater solution solves problems and adds value to their operations.
The ideal candidate is adept at solving problems and seeks to develop new skills over time. This creative, self-starting candidate should have the ability to work well with, and gain the respect of both internal colleagues and external prospects while leveraging technical knowledge and skills to solve complex problems and create solutions.
Responsibilities:- Work with prospective clients to understand their current infrastructure, business requirements, subsequent challenges and how their operations will be enhanced by utilizing the Clearwater solution.
- Apply deep domain expertise to demonstrate CWAN's solution to meet a wide range of insurance investment management requirements for Clearwater's largest clients and be able to talk the language of insurance risk experts to evaluate requirements.
- Knowledge of securities or financial markets, especially derivatives, alternatives, structured products, and/or fixed income.
- Ability to concisely convey information through verbal and written communication.
- Dynamic problem-solving skills, and an innate sense of curiosity with motivation to continually learn and solve problems for our clients.
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
- 4+ years' relevant experience in any of the following: Asset Management, Insurance, FinTech, Investment Accounting, or Investment Operations.
