We are looking for a determined Enterprise Sales professional in Germany who can confidently articulate our value proposition to improve operational efficiency, ensure data accuracy, strengthen oversight, and provide front-to-back visibility with a whole-portfolio view within a single-instance, multi-tenant platform, to C-level individuals in the insurance space. You will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by identifying, pursuing, and closing new business opportunities with enterprise-level clients. This role presents a unique opportunity to be a part of the SaaS revolution that we are driving in the EMEA markets and play a visible role in the growth of the established Clearwater business.

Responsibilities:

  • Create and maintain relationships with prospects, clients, and other influencers in the German market, while understanding prospective clients’ current infrastructure, business requirements and subsequent challenges.

Requirements:

  • More than 7 years SaaS sales experience and a proven track record in attaining annual quotas of $1 Million+.
  • Hungry to develop new business and grow their career in a new business sales role.
  • Exposure and proficient understanding of the investment management and/or insurance market in Germany, or a demonstrated ability to sell into this market.
  • Strong presentation and writing skills for client-facing activities.
  • Ability to work independently but within a team environment.
  • High adaptability and flexibility, including the ability to manage deadline pressure, ambiguity, and change.
