Overview
Clearwater Analytics is a global SaaS solution for automated investment data aggregation, reconciliation, accounting, and reporting.
Responsibilities
- Manage complex, multi‑faceted client transitions involving multiple asset classes.
- Mentor and simplify concepts of client impact for newer reconcilers.
- Act as primary liaison between all stakeholders during critical transitions (SS/GD/CS/External Client).
- Lead transition training sessions with cross‑functional and global teams.
- Develop and optimise transition methodologies using project management principles.
- Identify and implement process improvements across the transition function.
- Drive automation initiatives through account configurations and data normalization.
- Develop and maintain transition quality metrics and KPIs; lead retrospectives and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate closely with audit to ensure SOC 1 compliance throughout transition processes.
- Communicate client calls with leadership and stakeholders; document transitions with great detail.
- Coach external clients in communicating CWAN system and process flows.
Qualifications & Skills
- Intermediate knowledge of general investment accounting principles and practices.
- Intermediate proficiency with at least one non‑GAAP accounting basis (IFRS, STAT, TAX, etc.).
- Understand and apply CWAN’s core value proposition in general and in very specific contexts.
- Deep understanding of front office and accounting impacts of reconciliation options; make recommendations internally and externally on reconciliation processing.
- Advanced knowledge of end‑to‑end transition lifecycle and all system interactions.
- Intermediate technical skills in Helios, Tiresias, Account Configurator, Drydock, and Bulk Tools.
- Advanced technical skills in Excel (heavy Ribbon utilization, VBA/macro use, complex IF statements) and SQL (able to write queries incorporating aggregate functions and variables).
- Advanced proficiency with data normalization and automation methodology.
- Excellent communication skills; manage client calls with leadership and stakeholders; deliver accurate, timely, and thorough responses.
- Strong interpersonal skills, technical reconciliation tooling knowledge, and market expertise.
- Experience in coaching others and mentoring multiple team members.

- Apply Level 1 servicing by responding to all emails and inquiries within 24 hours.
- Comfortable conversing with leadership, including senior leadership as needed.
- Lead transition training sessions with cross‑functional and global teams.
- Present transition best practices and lessons learned to CWAN Operations organization.
