Job Summary: This role is a maternity cover for ~12 months. The Data & Recon Team Lead is responsible for overseeing all aspects of intelligence gathering, data analysis, and strategic decision-making. They must possess strong analytical skills, proficiency in technical tools, and excellent communication abilities. This role requires effective leadership, adaptability to changing environments, and a commitment to ethical conduct and data privacy. The ideal candidate will have deep domain knowledge, strong problem-solving skills, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
Responsibilities:
- Designs and implements the team's training and development plan to enhance skillsets and knowledge.
- Leads and mentors other team members, offering guidance, support, and opportunities for skill and knowledge development.

- Proven ability to analyse information and anticipate outcomes to choose the best solutions.

Education and Experience:

- Prior experience/familiarity in SQL preferred.
- An understanding of database concepts and information models is critical.
