You’ll be at the heart of our operations, streamlining processes, supporting teams, and ensuring everything behind the scenes runs like clockwork.
What exactly will you do?
- Lead, manage, and develop the Admin Team to ensure consistent high performance and service delivery
- Monitor KPIs and drive team performance
- Resolve conflict within the team before it escalates by mediating any conflicts
- Deliver 1 to 1’s
- Allocating and managing tasks within the team and resolving any conflict or confusion of tasks
- Training, supporting and upskilling employees
- Manage day-to-day operations across ClearVUE’s administrative functions to ensure effective coordination and communication
- Compiling and assuring achievement of daily, weekly, and monthly forecasts
- Develop, implement, and maintain efficient administrative systems, policies, and workflows
- Any additional ad hoc tasks in line with business requirements
What we’re looking for
- 2+ years of experience in managing a team
- A confident and inspiring leader with the ability to effectively manage and drive a high performing team
- A clear communicator and active listener
- Creative mindset and an outside of the box approach to problem solving
- Comfortable being fully transparent with your team and keeping them up to date with necessary business updates
