We are seeking a professional, reliable, and proactive individual to join our security team in a multifaceted role combining CCTV monitoring, mobile patrol duties, and on-site security responsibilities. This position requires strong observational skills, the ability to respond quickly to incidents, and a commitment to maintaining a safe and secure environment. The salary is from £12.27 to £13.00 depending on the role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor CCTV systems to detect suspicious behaviour or security breaches
- Conduct mobile patrols across designated sites, ensuring all areas are secure
- Manage access control and maintain an on-site security presence
- Respond to alarms, incidents, and emergencies as required
- Record and report all incidents accurately and promptly
- Support staff and members of the public where necessary
- Ensure compliance with company policies and data protection regulations
Requirements:
- Valid SIA licence (Security Guarding or Door Supervisor essential; CCTV licence preferred)
- Enhanced DBS (preferred)
- Full manual driving licence (essential for mobile patrol duties)
- Good communication and incident-reporting skills
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to remain alert
- Ability to work independently and handle challenging situations professionally
- Enhanced DBS check may be required depending on site location
- Previous security or CCTV experience desirable but not essential
