We are looking for a Senior Relocation Consultant on a 12 month contract to cover for Maternity Leave. You will manage the end-to-end relocation process for corporate clients and their employees. Key responsibilities include:
- Home search coordination
- Area orientation
- School advice
- Ensuring excellent communication with all parties involved
- Providing tailored consultancy for policy development
- Assisting with pre-move and post-move requirements
This is a full-time hybrid role based in Newbury, with the flexibility to work partially from home.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years experience in the relocation industry and experienced in handling senior level moves
- Proficiency in Consulting and providing customized relocation solutions for corporate clients and their employees
- Exceptional Communication and Customer Service skills to ensure clear and professional interaction with clients and stakeholders
- Strong organisational and multi-tasking abilities to manage complex relocation projects efficiently
- Experience in handling sensitive client needs and delivering high-quality, client-focused services
- Familiarity with Newbury and surrounding areas is a plus
