Role Overview
The Assistant Sales Manager will support the day-to-day running of a busy residential sales office, driving performance, supporting negotiators, and ensuring a high level of service to vendors and buyers. This is a hands-on role suited to an experienced senior sales negotiator ready to step up, or an existing assistant manager looking to progress.
Key Duties
- Support the Sales Manager with daily office operations
- Conduct market appraisals and assist with winning new instructions
- Negotiate sales and manage transactions through to completion
- Support, motivate, and develop the sales team
- Maintain strong relationships with vendors and applicants
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal processes
- Contribute to achieving and exceeding branch targets

Package
- Salary £27,000 OTE £40,000-£60,000 DOE
