Role Overview

The Assistant Sales Manager will support the day-to-day running of a busy residential sales office, driving performance, supporting negotiators, and ensuring a high level of service to vendors and buyers. This is a hands-on role suited to an experienced senior sales negotiator ready to step up, or an existing assistant manager looking to progress.

Key Duties

  • Support the Sales Manager with daily office operations
  • Conduct market appraisals and assist with winning new instructions
  • Negotiate sales and manage transactions through to completion
  • Support, motivate, and develop the sales team
  • Maintain strong relationships with vendors and applicants
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal processes

  • Salary £27,000 OTE £40,000-£60,000 DOE
