Role Overview: This is an exciting opportunity for a highly organised and detail-oriented Administrator to join a busy student lettings team based in Bath. The successful candidate will take ownership of the tenancy reassignment process from receipt of notice through to advertising rooms, arranging viewings, and issuing new tenancy agreements. This role would suit someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working within a customer-focused property setting. Social media knowledge would also be beneficial, as online platforms are used to help market available rooms and attract student tenants.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the tenancy reassignment process from notice received through to completion of new tenancy agreements
  • Act as the main point of contact for tenants, landlords, and applicants throughout the reassignment process
  • Advertise available rooms and reassignment opportunities across social media platforms and property portals
  • Arrange and conduct viewings for prospective tenants
  • Issue new tenancy agreements and ensure all documentation is completed accurately
