Job Description Job Title - Property Manager We’re working on behalf of a well-established independent estate and lettings agency with a strong presence across Somerset and North Somerset. Known for their excellent local knowledge and commitment to high standards, they offer a supportive, professional environment where team members are genuinely valued. Due to continued growth, they are now looking to appoint a Property Manager in their busy Weston-super-Mare branch. This is a varied and hands-on role managing a portfolio of residential rental properties. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality property management services, handling everything from routine maintenance to compliance and end-of-tenancy processes. Manage and oversee an allocated portfolio of residential properties Communicate with landlords, tenants, and contractors regarding maintenance issues and property matters Arrange and carry out property inspections, reporting back to landlords Ensure all legal and safety compliance requirements are up to date Manage tenancy renewals and rent recovery policies Notify utility companies and local councils at tenancy start/end IT literate and comfortable using property management software Experience in property management or property maintenance is preferred Knowledge of lettings legislation and compliance is an advantage Salary: £27,500 - £29,000 Depending on experience Salary increased once ARLA qualified Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:30pm, 1 in 3 Saturdays, 9:00am - 1:00pm Company pension Opportunities for training and career progression
