Role Overview:
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced and driven Senior Sales Valuer to join a successful and busy branch in Downend. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business, conducting property valuations, winning instructions, and supporting the continued growth of the office. This role would suit a motivated individual with a proven track record in residential property sales who enjoys building relationships, exceeding targets, and delivering outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market appraisals and secure instructions on residential properties for sale
  • Generate new business opportunities through proactive canvassing and relationship building
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors, buyers, and prospective clients
  • Ensure all company systems, processes, and service standards are adhered to
  • Support the growth and development of the branch through consistent business generation
  • Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
  • Lead by example, maintaining high standards of professionalism and performance
  • Work closely with colleagues to achieve individual and team targets

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Previous experience within residential estate agency sales is essential
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
  • Strong valuation and business generation skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
  • Professional, articulate, and confident manner
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Motivated, ambitious, and target-driven approach
  • Leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and support colleagues
  • Commercially aware with strong problem-solving skills
  • Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle preferred
  • Good IT skills and ability to adapt to new systems and technology

Package and Benefits:

  • Basic salary of Β£30,000 with realistic uncapped OTE of Β£40,000+
  • Competitive commission structure rewarding both individual and team performance
  • Mileage allowance paid at 45p per mile for business use of own vehicle

Working Hours:

  • Monday – Friday: 8:45am – 6:00pm
  • Every other Saturday: 9:00am – 4:00pm (with a day off in lieu)
  • 25 days holiday plus bank hols
