Role Overview: Due to continued expansion, an exciting opportunity has arisen to join an award-winning lettings team based at their Weston-super-Mare office, covering both Weston and Burnham. This Senior Lettings Negotiator role is ideal for a driven candidate with lettings experience who enjoys valuations, new business generation, relationship building, and delivering outstanding customer service. With excellent training, strong team culture, and a clear progression pathway, this is a great next step for a motivated property professional.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate, arrange, and conduct property viewings
- Assist with property valuations alongside the Business Development Manager
- Build and maintain long-term landlord relationships, understanding their needs
- Advise prospective tenants and match them to suitable properties
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Stay up to date with current lettings legislation
- Handle offers, negotiations, and queries between landlords and tenants
- Support marketing activity and canvass for new landlords and instructions
- Deliver consistently high levels of customer service and professional communication
Skills and Qualifications:
- 12 months+ experience in an estate agency or lettings environment
- Energetic, confident, and motivated to succeed
- Strong relationship builder with a proactive approach to new business
- A team player who takes initiative and ownership of responsibilities
- Professional, articulate, and committed to delivering excellent service
- Ideally experienced in lettings with at least 12 months in a similar role
Package and Benefits:
- £27,000 basic salary
- OTE £28,000+ through uncapped pooled team commission
- Monday to Friday, 8.45am - 6.00pm, 1 in 3 Saturdays, 9.00am - 4.00pm (with a day off in lieu)
