Role Overview:

As a Sales Progressor, you will play a key role in managing the conveyancing process for property transactions. Working closely with both buyers, sellers, and solicitors, you will ensure the smooth progression of sales, from the point of offer through to exchange and completion. The role requires excellent organisational and communication skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Key Duties:

  • Provide expert advice and support to purchasers and vendors throughout the conveyancing process to ensure timely achievement of each milestone.
  • Proactively negotiate moving dates with buyers, sellers, and the extended chain, ensuring the earliest possible exchange of contracts and completion.
  • Liaise with the sales team and other parties involved to ensure all necessary documentation is gathered and meets compliance requirements for conveyancing.
  • Receive and present revised offers, renegotiating terms based on the seller’s instructions.
  • Maintain regular communication with clients, keeping them updated on the progress of their sale or purchase.

Key Skills:

  • Previous experience in residential sales progression or a legal/conveyancing background.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and manage relationships effectively.

Package:

  • Salary: £27,000 to £28,000 (OTE £33K+)
