Specialising in residential sales and lettings, they have built a strong reputation in the local property market for delivering exceptional results and customer service across all aspects of estate agency.
Role Overview: We are seeking an ambitious and motivated Sales Negotiator to join our clients growing team. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your career within a supportive, fast-paced, and successful office environment. Youll enjoy a competitive commission structure, petrol allowance, and a fair weekend rota where youll only work one Saturday in three (with a day off in lieu).
Key Responsibilities:
- Registering potential buyers and matching them to suitable properties
- Arranging and conducting property viewings
- Negotiating offers between buyers and sellers to achieve successful sales
- Supporting vendors throughout the sales process, ensuring a smooth transaction
- Proactively generating new business opportunities and instructions
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with buyers, sellers, and solicitors
- Staying up to date with local market trends and property values
- Delivering outstanding customer service to uphold the companys reputation
Skills and Qualifications:
- Previous experience in property sales or a customer-facing sales role desirable
- Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle essential

Package and Benefits:
- Basic salary: £25,000 OTE £28,500 - £31,000
- Petrol allowance
