Company Overview: Clearview Recruitment are delighted to be working with our client, an established independent estate agency based in the BS10 area. Specialising in residential sales and lettings, they have built a strong reputation in the local property market for delivering exceptional results and customer service across all aspects of estate agency.

Role Overview: We are seeking an ambitious and motivated Sales Negotiator to join our clients growing team. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your career within a supportive, fast-paced, and successful office environment. Youll enjoy a competitive commission structure, petrol allowance, and a fair weekend rota where youll only work one Saturday in three (with a day off in lieu).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Registering potential buyers and matching them to suitable properties
  • Arranging and conducting property viewings
  • Negotiating offers between buyers and sellers to achieve successful sales
  • Supporting vendors throughout the sales process, ensuring a smooth transaction
  • Proactively generating new business opportunities and instructions
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with buyers, sellers, and solicitors
  • Staying up to date with local market trends and property values
  • Delivering outstanding customer service to uphold the companys reputation

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in property sales or a customer-facing sales role desirable
  • Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle essential
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Highly organised, proactive, and target-driven
  • Strong relationship-building skills with a customer-first mindset

Package and Benefits:

  • Basic salary: £25,000 OTE £28,500 - £31,000
  • Petrol allowance
  • Working hours: Monday - Friday 8:45am - 6pm, plus every third Saturday 9am - 4pm (with a day off in lieu that week)
