Company Overview:

Clearview Recruitment are delighted to be working with our client, who are a leading estate agency & lettings Brand based across the city of Bristol. Due to expansion we are looking to recruit a Estate Agency Sales Manager to lead our clients office based in North East Bristol.

Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Sales Manager with a proven track record in leading a successful office. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in driving sales, improving team performance, and increasing market share. You will have the ability to build and maintain client relationships, develop sales strategies, and consistently exceed targets. Your leadership will be key to growing the office, expanding the brand's presence, and achieving business goals. If you have the passion and drive to make a real impact, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily management of an experienced sales team
  • Value and take instructions on properties for sale
  • Ensure all office systems/service standards are adhered to
  • Report weekly figures
  • Conduct quarterly one-to-ones with all team members
  • Maintain good working practices and relationships
  • Generate new business opportunities

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Vast experience within Estate Agency
  • Experience managing a team and performing managerial tasks
  • Enthusiasm and willingness to coach others
  • A leader

Package and Benefits:

  • Basic salary of £30k with a realistic OTE £50k+ (uncapped pooled commission) salary negotiable based on experience
  • Own car required with mileage paid. There will also be access to a company pool car.
  • 25 days annual leave PLUS bank holidays (increasing further upon completion of 3 & 6 years service)
  • Route of progression to Director level

Working Hours:

08.45 a.m. to 6.00 p.m. Monday to Friday and 9.00 a.m. to 4.00 p.m. 1 in 2 Saturdays with a day off in lieu.
