Our client is looking for an experienced Property Manager to join their friendly team of three. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong organisational skills and a proactive mindset to thrive in a supportive and well-structured environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage maintenance issues, liaising with both landlords and tenants
- Co-ordinate contractor diaries and ensure maintenance is completed in a timely manner
- Obtain maintenance quotes and authorise invoices and utility bills
- Handle all landlord and tenant correspondence
- Send check-out reports and negotiate deposit returns
- Deal with initial complaints where appropriate
- Conduct tenancy check-ins, check-outs, and mid-term inspections
- Carry out property visits to assess ongoing issues
- Refer any potential sales leads to the appropriate team
- Previous experience as a Property Manager
- Experience in block management is desirable but not essential
- Excellent telephone manner and communication skills
- Strong problem-solving ability and a calm, professional approach
- Good time management and organisational skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Teams)
- Knowledge of Reapit and Fixflo desirable but not essential
- Full UK driving licence and own vehicle
- Positive, can-do attitude
- Β£30,000 per year
- Full-time, permanent position
