No previous lettings experience is required, as full training will be provided. Lettings Negotiator Key Responsibilities Registering new applicants and handling inquiries. Conducting property viewings and providing prospective tenants with property details. Carrying out moving appointments and key releases for tenants. Negotiating move-in dates, rent terms, and furnishings between tenants and landlords. Collecting and managing necessary documentation for tenant referencing.
