With a busy, vibrant office based in Bishopston (BS7), this multi-branch agency has built a reputation for delivering exceptional service to landlords and tenants alike.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident and proactive individual to join a high-performing team in a varied and fast-paced role. As the New Business Administrator, you will be the first point of contact in the Bishopston branch—making a lasting first impression on potential landlords and tenants. With responsibilities ranging from social media to supporting the valuations team, you will be a key player in driving new business success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Be the welcoming face of the Bishopston office, greeting all visitors and managing inbound enquiries
- Maintain the presentation of the office, including managing the window displays
- Assist in building long-term landlord relationships through excellent communication
- Help produce accurate floor plans and property measurements
- Understand tenant needs and match them with suitable properties
- Manage engaging and relevant social media content for the branch
- Support the valuers with key administrative duties including photo editing, floor plan prep, and valuation letters
- Deliver consistently high levels of customer service across all touchpoints

Package and Benefits:
