You’ll play a key role in expanding the managed lettings portfolio, acting as the first point of contact for prospective tenants and landlords. Lettings Negotiator Key Responsibilities
- Conduct property viewings and guide prospective tenants through the letting process
- Manage tenant enquiries, applications, and viewings from start to finish
- Negotiate tenancy terms and support landlords in securing the right tenants
- Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants
- Liaise with internal teams to ensure a seamless transition from offer to move-in
- Prepare and maintain high-quality property listings and marketing materials
- Represent the business at local events, landlord workshops, and networking opportunities
- Contribute to team goals, performance metrics, and strategy discussions
Lettings Negotiator Essential Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in residential lettings or property sales, with a strong understanding of the lettings process
- Confident in managing viewings and negotiating tenancy terms
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Highly organised, self-sufficient, and results-driven

- Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
Lettings Negotiator Salary & Benefits
- Basic salary of £25,000 OTE £28,000 through performance-based bonuses
- Full-time, Monday–Friday, 9:00am–5:30pm
- Funded training and development opportunities
- 25 days holiday plus bank holidays
- Mileage allowance for business travel
