Job Title: Lettings Valuation Manager

Due to continued growth, they are now looking to recruit an ambitious Lettings Valuation Manager to join their successful team.

Role Overview

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced property professional who enjoys winning new business and building long-term landlord relationships.

The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out lettings valuations, securing new instructions, growing market share and helping to drive the success of the branch. Working closely with the wider lettings team, you'll play a key role in generating new opportunities whilst maintaining excellent service standards throughout the customer journey.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct accurate and professional lettings valuations.
  • Win new instructions in line with branch targets.
  • Prospect for new business opportunities.
  • Generate valuation appointments through proactive business development.
  • Research comparable properties and local market conditions.
  • Follow up all valuations within agreed company timescales.
  • Maintain regular contact with prospective and existing landlords.
  • Re-value existing stock where appropriate and identify upselling opportunities.
  • Work closely with negotiators to maximise business opportunities.
  • Data mine landlord information using Reapit.
  • Build long-term relationships with landlords and investors.
  • Promote the company's full range of services.
  • Undertake accompanied viewings when necessary.
  • Maintain compliance with all relevant lettings legislation.
  • Contribute towards branch targets and growth objectives.
  • Support landlord education and retention initiatives.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Previous experience as a Sales Valuer, Lettings Valuer or Property Lister.
  • Strong ability to win instructions and negotiate effectively.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • Proven track record in business generation.
  • Ability to build rapport quickly with landlords and investors.
  • Strong organisational and diary management skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Resilient, driven and target focused.
  • Knowledge of the local property market.
  • ARLA qualification is advantageous but not essential.
  • Understanding of residential lettings legislation is desirable.
  • Comfortable working under pressure.
  • Full UK Driving Licence and your own vehicle are essential.

  • Basic Salary: From £25,000 DOE OTE £40,000 - £42,000
