With a strong reputation across residential sales and lettings, our client has built their success on delivering exceptional customer service, expert local knowledge and long-term relationships with landlords and tenants. Due to continued growth, they are looking to welcome an experienced Senior Lettings Negotiator to their established and supportive team.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced lettings professional looking to take the next step in their career with a well-established independent agency. You'll play a key role in managing the full lettings process while proactively growing the office's portfolio through winning new instructions and generating valuations. With a varied role covering everything from valuations through to move-ins, no two days will be the same.
Key Responsibilities:- Register landlords, tenants and applicants accurately
- Conduct market appraisals and generate new lettings instructions
- Carry out accompanied property viewings
- Negotiate offers between landlords and prospective tenants
- Manage the full lettings process from enquiry through to move-in
- Coordinate move-ins, check-outs and tenancy paperwork
- Carry out property inspections where required
- Liaise with landlords, tenants and contractors to resolve queries efficiently
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the customer journey
- Keep CRM systems (Jupix) and property records fully up to date
- Ensure GDPR compliance when handling client information and property keys
- Support and mentor colleagues where required
- Attend team meetings and contribute towards office performance
- Work towards growing the lettings portfolio and increasing market share
- Minimum 2 years' experience within residential lettings
- Proven experience across all aspects of the lettings process
- Strong valuation and business generation skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Passionate about delivering outstanding customer service
- Confident using CRM systems and Microsoft Office 365
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Ability to prioritise a busy workload
- ARLA Level 3 qualified, or willingness to work towards qualification
- Full UK driving licence
- Own vehicle insured for business use
- Basic Salary: £28,000 - £34,000 DOE
- Monday to Friday: 9:00am - 5:30pm alternate Saturdays: 9:00am - 1:00pm (with time back in lieu)
