An excellent opportunity for an Experienced Sales Negotiator to join a busy and successful town centre office. This role is ideal for a driven sales professional looking to broaden their skillset, work with high‑quality stock, and progress within a respected agency. Key Responsibilities:- Handle buyer and seller enquiries professionally and efficiently
- Match applicants to suitable properties and qualify client requirements
- Arrange and conduct property viewings
- Prepare for and assist with market appraisals and instruction appointments
- Actively generate new business and win new instructions
- Manage and maintain existing client properties
- Support colleagues with sales progression through to completion
- Attend team meetings and contribute to office performance
- Deliver consistently high levels of customer service
- Proven track record within residential estate agency sales
- Excellent presentation, communication, and closing skills
- Strong IT and organisational abilities
- Results‑driven, tenacious, and self‑motivated approach

- Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5:30pm and 1 in 4 Saturdays 8:45am - 4pm
