Role Overview
We are looking for an Property Manager to join the Asset Management team. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about customer service and dedicated to delivering a first-class experience. You’ll be responsible for managing all aspects of an allocated property portfolio, ensuring that landlords, tenants, and contractors receive the highest level of support.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and contractors
- Handle maintenance requests and process invoices
- Manage communications via phone, email, and WhatsApp
- Conduct property inspections during tenancies and ensure compliance is maintained
- Organise end-of-tenancy check-outs and deposit returns
- Arrange tenancy move-ins and inventories
- Oversee utility management for properties
- Provide investment advice on landlords’ current and potential portfolios
- Assist with creating floor plans, Fire Risk Assessments (FRAs), and Legionella checks
- Support the accounts team to ensure financial records for landlords, tenants, and contractors are up to date
Skills and Qualifications
- 1+ years’ experience in property management (preferred)
- 2+ years’ experience in customer service (required)
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to see tasks through from start to finish
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach
- Ability to work independently and manage a busy workload
- Flexible and adaptable mindset
- Must drive and have access to your own car
- ARLA qualification (preferred)
Package and Benefits
- Salary: £27,000 - £30,000 per year
- Full-time, permanent position
- Monday – Friday 9:00am – 5:30pm
- 15 Saturdays per year (10:00am – 3:00pm)
