We are looking for a Property Manager to join the Asset Management team. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about customer service and dedicated to delivering a first-class experience. You’ll be responsible for managing all aspects of an allocated property portfolio, ensuring that landlords, tenants, and contractors receive the highest level of support.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and contractors
- Handle maintenance requests and process invoices
- Manage communications via phone, email, and WhatsApp
- Conduct property inspections during tenancies and ensure compliance is maintained
- Organise end-of-tenancy check-outs and deposit returns
- Arrange tenancy move-ins and inventories
- Oversee utility management for properties
- Provide investment advice on landlords’ current and potential portfolios
- Assist with creating floor plans, Fire Risk Assessments (FRAs), and Legionella checks
- Support the accounts team to ensure financial records for landlords, tenants, and contractors are up to date
Skills and Qualifications
- 1+ years’ experience in property management (preferred)
- 2+ years’ experience in customer service (required)
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to see tasks through from start to finish
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach
- Ability to work independently and manage a busy workload
- Flexible and adaptable mindset
- Must drive and have access to your own car
- ARLA qualification (preferred)
Package and Benefits
- Salary: £27,000 - £30,000 per year
- Full-time, permanent position
- Monday – Friday 9:00am – 5:30pm
- 15 Saturdays per year (10:00am – 3:00pm)
