Job Title: Lettings Consultant

Role Overview:
This is a fast-paced and people-focused Lettings Negotiator role, sitting at the heart of the customer journey. You will manage the full lettings process from enquiry through to move-in, ensuring a seamless and professional experience for both landlords and tenants. Working within a driven and supportive team, this role offers strong earning potential through commission, clear progression opportunities, and the chance to be part of an ambitious, scaling business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing the full end-to-end lettings process prior to tenancy
- Building strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and contractors
- Handling and converting enquiries while maintaining professional communication
- Advertising properties and proactively working from an applicant database
- Registering applicants and arranging and conducting viewings
- Negotiating offers and successfully securing lets
- Ensuring all compliance and regulatory standards are met
- Supporting the Asset Management team during peak periods
- Assisting with marketing campaigns and student-focused events
Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year’s experience within the property sector
- Strong customer service skills with a passion for delivering a great experience
- Excellent communication and relationship-building ability
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Proactive, solutions-focused mindset
- Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership
- Resilient, energetic, and driven attitude
- Full UK driving licence and access to own car (essential)
- Willingness to travel between locations if required
Package and Benefits:
- £28,000 - £30,000 basic salary + commission structure
- Monday to Friday working hours (9:00am – 5:30pm)
- 26 Saturdays per year (10:00am – 3:00pm)
