Role Overview

We are looking for an ambitious and enthusiastic Sales Negotiator to join their busy office in Cambridge, Histon or possibly their South Cambs branch. This is a brilliant opportunity for someone looking to develop their career in property, with full training provided and genuine progression routes available. Alongside career development, you’ll benefit from a supportive team environment, the use of pool cars, and the chance to work towards professional qualifications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Registering applicants and matching them with suitable properties
  • Conducting viewings and providing feedback to vendors
  • Negotiating offers between buyers and vendors
  • Progressing agreed sales through to completion
  • Maintaining strong relationships with clients and applicants
  • Delivering excellent customer service at all times
  • Meeting and exceeding personal and office targets
  • Support valuations (depending on experience)

Skills and Qualifications

  • Full UK driving licence (essential)
  • Previous property experience preferred
  • Computer literate with strong organisational skills
  • Calm, composed, and professional under pressure
  • Confident telephone manner with excellent customer service skills
  • Enthusiastic, driven, and proactive in approach
  • Experience in negotiating sales and progressing transactions advantageous
  • Must drive and have access to own car

Package and Benefits

  • £25,000 – £30,000 basic salary, £31,000 – £40,000 OTE (depending on experience)
  • 26 days holiday plus bank holidays
