Our client is renowned for delivering a high-quality, bespoke service across lettings and property management. Role Overview: We are seeking a driven and experienced Property Manager to take a leading role in managing a high-quality residential portfolio. This opportunity offers private healthcare, funding for ARLA qualification, no weekend working, and clear career progression in a modern, supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee a residential portfolio, ensuring properties are maintained to a high standard and fully compliant with legislation.
  • Act as the main point of contact for landlords and tenants, managing all aspects of the tenancy.
  • Coordinate maintenance and repair works, liaising with contractors, tenants, and landlords.
  • Conduct regular property inspections and ensure issues are actioned promptly.
  • Stay updated on all relevant property legislation and advise stakeholders accordingly.
  • Oversee tenancy renewals, terminations, and all related legal documentation.
  • Deliver excellent customer service and resolve any issues quickly and professionally.
  • Provide landlords with regular property updates, including maintenance reports and tenant feedback.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Property Manager, with a minimum of 1 year in a similar role within lettings or property management.
  • Strong knowledge of property legislation, health and safety compliance, and tenancy management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly organised with the ability to prioritise and manage a diverse workload.
  • A proactive and professional problem-solver.
  • ARLA Propertymark qualification desirable (training provided if not yet achieved).

Package and Benefits:

  • Monday to Friday 8:45am - 5:30pm.
  • 1 in 4 Saturdays 8:45am - 12:30pm.
  • 33 days annual leave (including bank holidays), plus an extra for your birthday!
  • Full funding for ARLA Propertymark qualification.
