Role Overview
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Property Manager to join a supportive and professional lettings team. The role can be shaped around the successful candidate’s experience and qualifications, offering genuine long‑term progression with no capped potential. For the right individual, there is the opportunity to grow into a more senior role and provide ongoing support to the Lettings Manager as the department continues to develop.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing a residential property portfolio from move‑in to move‑out
- Acting as the main point of contact for landlords and tenants
- Coordinating maintenance issues and managing contractor relationships
- Ensuring full compliance with current lettings legislation
- Handling tenancy renewals, rent reviews, and general property queries
- Supporting the Lettings Manager with day‑to‑day operational duties where required
- Contributing to process improvements and best practice within the lettings department
Skills and Qualifications
- Proven experience in residential property management
- ARLA qualification (or equivalent)
- Strong knowledge of current lettings legislation and compliance
