Clearview Recruitment are delighted to be working with our client, a rapidly growing independent Estate Agency operating across Mountain Ash and the wider South Wales region. With ambitious growth plans and an excellent local reputation, our client is looking to expand their sales team with a commercially driven individual who is passionate about property and delivering exceptional customer service.

Our client is seeking an ambitious and motivated Property Sales Consultant / Business Development Manager to help drive continued growth across the residential sales division. This role is ideal for someone who thrives within a fast-paced sales environment and enjoys generating new business, winning instructions and negotiating deals. The company offers excellent long-term progression opportunities alongside ongoing training and mentoring from experienced property professionals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Generating new valuation and market appraisal opportunities
  • Prospecting homeowners, landlords and local contacts
  • Following up leads and previous valuation opportunities
  • Conducting market appraisals and winning instructions
  • Building strong relationships with vendors and buyers
  • Managing buyer enquiries and matching applicants to suitable properties
  • Conducting or arranging property viewings
  • Negotiating offers between buyers and sellers
  • Managing the sales process from instruction through to completion
  • Maintaining accurate CRM records and pipeline management
  • Working closely with solicitors, brokers and third parties
  • Contributing towards wider business growth objectives
Skills and Qualifications:
  • Previous experience within estate agency, recruitment, sales, automotive, financial services or another target-driven environment
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Confident generating leads and creating opportunities
  • Commercially driven with a strong desire to succeed
  • Professional and personable approach
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset
  • Ability to build relationships quickly and effectively
  • Full UK driving licence preferred
  • Strong local knowledge or willingness to develop this
