We are a Bristol-based, specialist recruitment agency focused exclusively on the property sector. We work with leading property companies, law firms and managing agents across the UK, recruiting across areas including estate agency, lettings, property management, new homes and conveyancing.

As part of our continued growth, we are looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join the team and take ownership of building and developing a new 360 desk.

Role Overview

This is a genuine 360 recruitment role, giving you the opportunity to take ownership of both business development and candidate delivery.

You’ll be responsible for building your own client base across the property and conveyancing sectors, developing relationships with hiring managers and delivering candidates into a range of specialist roles.

The role offers a high level of autonomy, with the support of an experienced and collaborative team around you. You’ll work predominantly from home, with one day per week in our Bristol office, giving you the flexibility to build your desk while still having regular face-to-face time with the wider team.

There is also genuine scope for progression as the desk grows, including developing your own geographical patch and eventually having a dedicated resourcer to support your placements.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, approach and win new business across the property and conveyancing sectors
• Develop and implement a business development strategy to build your own desk
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with property management companies, law firms, estate agents and developers
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from taking a job brief through to offer management and candidate onboarding
• Source and engage candidates across roles including Property Managers, Block Managers, Lettings Consultants and Conveyancing Professionals
• Build and maintain a strong candidate database through headhunting, job boards, referrals and networking
• Provide consultative advice to clients on salary levels, market trends and hiring strategies
• Maintain regular contact with clients and candidates to ensure a high level of service
• Keep up to date with developments within the property sector and regional hiring activity
• Take ownership of your own pipeline, activity and performance
• Contribute ideas and new approaches to help improve Clearview’s current processes and growth

Skills and Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience within either recruitment or the property sector
• A self-motivated and driven approach, with the ability to generate new business
• Excellent organisation and time-management skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• A proactive mindset, with the confidence to suggest and implement new ideas
• Ability to work independently while also contributing effectively as part of a small team
• Experience using a CRM system
• Comfortable speaking with clients and candidates at all levels
• Flexible approach to occasional out-of-hours calls where required, with time given back in lieu

• £26,000 basic salary Realistic OTE of £36,000 – £47,500
• Hybrid working - 1 day in the Bristol office and 4 days working from home (up to 4 weeks of office-based training during your initial onboarding)
• Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm
• Occasional out-of-hours work when required, with time given back in lieu
