Our client is a boutique, forward-thinking letting agency based in a prime Harbourside location. With a strong focus on quality over volume, the business offers a personal, concierge style service to landlords and tenants, delivering a premium and stress-free lettings experience. As the company continues to grow, they are looking to add the right people to support their long-term vision and development plans.
An opportunity has arisen for a Property Manager to join our client's friendly and supportive team. This is an office-based role with one day per week hybrid working, offering exposure to all aspects of property management within a supportive and professional environment. The role would suit an organised, proactive experienced property manager who takes pride in delivering exceptional customer service and enjoys being part of a small team with ambitious growth plans. There is genuine scope for progression as the business expands.
Key Duties & Responsibilities- Day-to-day management of residential properties
- Booking and liaising with contractors
- Managing tenant check-ins, check-outs, and property inspections
- Supporting the team with administration and customer care
- Acting as a key point of contact for landlords and tenants
- Assisting with viewings and property visits when required
- Ensuring properties are maintained to a high standard
- Previous experience in residential property management
- ARLA or CELA qualification desirable, though not essential
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Professional, friendly, and approachable manner
- High standards of customer service
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks
- Confident using property management systems and technology
- Proactive mindset with ideas for improving processes
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle essential
- Salary up to Β£32,000 per annum, dependent on experience
- Full-time, office-based role (9:00amβ5:00pm) with one day per week hybrid working
- 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, including birthday leave
