With an excellent reputation for delivering exceptional legal services, our client continues to grow and is looking to recruit an experienced Family Solicitor, Chartered Legal Executive or experienced Paralegal to join their supportive and collaborative Family Department.
Role Overview

You'll manage a varied caseload covering divorce, child arrangements, care proceedings, domestic abuse matters and adoption, while working alongside experienced colleagues who are committed to delivering outstanding client care.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage a varied caseload of family law matters
- Advise clients on divorce, separation and financial remedy matters
- Handle child arrangements, care proceedings and adoption cases
- Represent clients in court, mediation and other forms of dispute resolution
- Draft and review legal documents and correspondence
- Provide legal advice in person, over the telephone and via video conferencing
- Work closely with solicitors, paralegals and support staff
- Deliver exceptional client care throughout every matter
- Maintain accurate case files and records
- Achieve a target of 6 billable hours per day
- Participate in regular file reviews and compliance procedures
Skills and Qualifications
- Qualified Solicitor, Chartered Legal Executive (CILEX) or experienced Family Paralegal
- Previous experience managing a family law caseload
- Strong knowledge of UK Family Law
- Excellent communication and client care skills
- Strong drafting, negotiation and advocacy abilities
- Ability to manage an independent caseload
- Professional, organised and enthusiastic approach
- Ambitious with a desire to continue developing professionally
