As a Trainee Sales Negotiator, you will receive hands-on training and support while gaining exposure to all aspects of the sales process. Key Responsibilities:- Answering telephone enquiries in a professional and friendly manner
- Meeting and greeting clients visiting the office
- Responding to email enquiries promptly
- Registering applicants and identifying opportunities for viewings and valuations
- Booking viewings and market appraisals
- Conducting property viewings and providing feedback to vendors
- Supporting the progression of sales from offer through to completion
- Generating new business within a target-driven environment
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Highly motivated with a willingness to learn
- Target-driven and proactive attitude
- Organised and able to manage multiple tasks
- Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle
- Previous sales or customer-facing experience (advantageous but not essential)
- £20,000 basic salary + commission (OTE £28,000+)
- Monday to Friday 9am – 6pm
- Every Saturday (day off in lieu)
